The North Alliance Treaty Organisation (NATO) has issued a request for proposal (RFP) for the acquisition of an Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) Artificial Intelligence (AI) alerting platform as SaaS that will meet the needs of the its Situational Centre (SITCEN).
To be eligible to participate in the bidding process, companies must be from one of the NATO member nations and to have performed at least three contracts within the last three years substantially similar in scope to the requirements described in the request, NATO announced on February 21 in a RFP posted on The System for Award Management (SAM.gov). The RFP was published on NATO’s website on February 17.
Companies should also have sound financial and legal standing and sufficient capacity and resources to provide the needed services and be otherwise qualified and eligible to receive an award under applicable regulations.
Bidders will be evaluated on the documentation submitted, and other information and documentation available to NATO. Considerations include: understanding of requirements and proposed approach and solution; bidder’s resources and capabilities; past performance; legal risks, and the proposed price, according to details accompanying the proposal.
Responses to proposals are due no later than April 3 2023. 3pm CET.
